  • A game is worth... A THOUSAND DOLLARS?!!! (laughter) Whoa... times have changed. LOL FUNNY when Peter Marshall gets shocked about the money a game on Hollywood Squares.

  • I really like the fact that Tom cares about Peter.

  • @Noveltooner Actually he only wore short pants when he did the nighttime "Squares". He had to stand up to greet new contestants on the daytime version.

  • After watching this one episode of Peter Marshall hosting this episode of H2, it makes you think "What were Orion productions thinking when they had Jon Bouman host Hollywood Squares during the Match Game/Holloywood Squares Hour with Gene Rayburn?" You mean to tell me that they couldn't get Marshall to host that portion of the show back then? And this episode is 20 year it's senoir!!

  • Martin Mull isn't a Game Show Host. Or is he?

  • @tsukune007 Rest Rod Roddy's soul.

  • "Choking came in third, paid $2.80" -- LOL!

  • @STOPobama1 Yeah, even he'd probably be better than Drew Carey!

  • Both game show weeks are my favorite theme weeks during this run of H2.

  • @MegastarLV

    I don't believe so.

  • @gsparkway324 It was $200 a game on the NBC daytime version, but each game was worth $250 on the nighttime syndicated version. Also, if they were in the middle of a game when they ran out of time, contestants would win $50 for every X or O they had on the board at that point.

  • The 'master' is back where he belongs!
