Prop 13- Our Education Our People Part 1

At Balboa High School in San Francisco, students, parents, educators and community workers come together to help each other "develop a critical understanding of the State's budget system, how decisions are made about funding for public education, what is the impact and how we can fight back. Artnelson Concordia, a teacher at Balboa High school, facilitates a workshop educationg people about the history and effects of Proposition 13 on the funding of California's education system.
