I think you missed a critical point on the healthy dinners as well. What chemical junk and preservatives did the whole grain turnover thing have in the ingredients label. Over and above the 40g (a pretty healthy dose but well below 300g most Americans get), I would be really concerned for the low Calorie followers eating it for the chemicals and commercial food made by the lowest cost possible.
