FYA vs FRA

Important to note:
Pretend the smaller 8-inch light has left-turn arrows in it! :)

My goal was to reproduce the Maryland Flashing Red Arrow for left turns. I was unable to find the proper setting, and instead found the *Michigan* flashing red left turn arrow.

The only difference between the two - that I know of - is that in Maryland, the red goes solid when thru traffic goes yellow, not when it finally goes red.
