i also was inspired by bro vernard in 1979 i purchased a alto sax took it to church and was anointed by god to play . may the lord continue to bless him

Vernard - great phrase builder. Never heard anybody use the major pentatonic to such varied effect in every song. Major pentatonic...that's bro. Vernard's baby.

Me as well, this was the first gospel album I listen to as a child,my brother bought this album album ,he bought this album because Bro. Vernard played the sax and my brother plays as well.

When my brother started out playing the saxophone he bought this album and this was the first gospel album I was expose to way back in thr early 70's this album have been a part of my life some 34 years.This album rightfully belongs to my brother but where I go if goes.Right now it's in the tubs of albums.This album brings backs so many memories.
