i just want to thank everyone for their sweet comments.its really encouraging to know even on here God can use this voice for his glory:) even 2 yrs later:) i know i havent been on in forever. but life happens ya know. well a lil update if your interested. i graduated from bible school last april and now am finishing up my one year commitment as a youth worker where i did music and mentoring and now its off to Music school in the fall:)

You have a good voice but I don't like how you were doing the rolling of your voice and doing the fancy stuff. It made the song sound weird. Your guitar isn't bad though. If you sang that regularly it's be great cause you have a beautiful voice

Go back and listen to yourself and to God during your songs and He will show you how to weave your rolls perfectly rhythmically without sacrificing tastefulness. He will also expand your "tool bar" of rolls to prevent excessive repetition. I still have to work at this myself. The great thing you have is that your rolls are already an expression of your spirit (took me a long time

@grace102102 and others.I respectfully yet absolutely disagree about the "fills". I am an expert vocalist by Gods grace and I absolutely love your "rolls" or "riffs" as we call them. It's been discouraging to me in my younger days to have people tell me that "fills" bringing glory to yourself and not Jesus. (not that you all are saying that) that's just not necessarily true. It's all a matter of your heart. I know people that are almost tone deaf that think they're good because people lie to

I agree with selasays. you have a great voice, but sometimes less fills makes it sound a little cleaner. Otherwise, great guitar and voice.
