The app for the Android is still not available as of August 4th. So you must text or call in to the ParkMobile system Good luck calling the 800 number to speak your parking zone and parking space number. The voice recognition software ParkMobile uses is horrible. It will not recognize the parking zone number no matter how slowly and clearly you speak it. Then you get transfered to a live person to complete the transacion. Easy? No. Fast? No. Good idea? Yes. But poor implementation.
