Listening to your music wirelessly is a great luxury, especially with AirTunes. You will have to have an Airport Express to have this feature, but you can buy one for as low as $99 from Apple or any other place. This feature only works with the Airport Express, and has really been a great addition and a new way to listen to music. I recommend this router, especially for its low price and awesome features. Enjoy

  • I have a question. If I connect this airport express to a port on my router, when my family members use the internet, will it lag my computer streaming music to my airport express? does the internet browsing lag the local area wireless network?

  • It might - it depends on the network

  • quick Q bro, do I have to have the airport express ALWAYS connected using a Ethernet cable or just for the initial set up?

  • @djEvilDude If you are running the Airport off a network itself, you would need the ethernet cable always in. However, if you have a network set up that is using a cable, just have the Airport Express extend it, and you won't need it.

  • how did you do that searching thing at 2:30 ?

  • Yes, I use Quicksilver for Mac. It is an application used for launching other application. Very handy app to have.

  • its very gud but i have some doubts

    1. Can AirportExpress(AE) be used for playing music through power speakers from my mac (itunes) while using it for internet at d same time.

    2. Can i use AE only to trans music 4m mac to power speakers with out connecting net cable(with out connecting to net)

3.can i play music from ipod touch or iph using AE? or it only wprks as remote.?

  • Can you stream Pandora? No. Like everything Apple they fuck you in the ass while taking all your money.
