Today is the official day 1 weigh in. Unfortunately, I have no way of checking my body fat %, but I think the weight along with the before and after pictures will be enough to see my results by the end of the program.

@pkhamidar2com It's alright, man. It's time to pick it back up though. This time, I am keeping it basic. Last time, I tried to do too much. I was running outside, doing blog posts, and a bunch of unnecessary things. This time, I am only doing videos every day and pictures once a week. :) I'll be uploading a video here pretty soon. Just editing it right now.

@pkhamidar2com Hey, man. I took a month off in December, and by Christmas, I was traveling, and then for the next two weeks, I had a personal problem that made it difficult to focus. Since early December, I was only eating between 1,000 and 1,500 calories a day... So that's what happens when you don't eat enough to even maintain body weight lol
