February 2011

As Egypt stands on the brink of change, this intimate report follows one participant's extraordinary personal journey through the protests. A moving portrait of a revolution.

At 33, Salma el Tarzi has never known any other leader. Hosni Mubarak ruled Egypt with such ruthless authority that many called him The Last Pharaoh. At the centre of the action from day one of the protests, Salma has endured cold nights, violent counter-attacks and fear of government retribution to be there for Mubarak's downfall. "Everyone in this square is walking with their backs straight for the first times in their lives."

i swear to God we will never forget all those ppl who died there and one day not so far we will take the revenge and we will free palastine

those 4 million in the square don`t have a problem to die for palastine and again we will teach israel a lesson just like 6 october

  • @loveupavol pls watch youtube.com/watch?v=dX9T4JODRyM

Israel left Gaza &hamass still launch rocket on Israeli schools - When & IF U become true democracy u willl see it in u'r media - it is not a win win situation whenever lives are lost - Egypt needs to work on TRUE democracy & not worrying about Palestinians because Pales are NOT starving they have 4- stars hotels and big shopping malls. Israel bought with very high price land even though u'r Koran says Israel belongs to the Jews.

  • @luv5e1 oh i`m happy that u saw what egyptians can do and no we will never be friends and no peace with israel ever till u give the palastinians land back to them and we will never forget how many people killed and one day those people u saw in that vedio will free palastine just like sinai

we teached u lesson in 6 october and soon we will do it again but this time for palastine

  • @tradernorton05 it's not that Americans are lazy it's that they haven't suffered 'enough' to want to start a revolution. human beings, in general, won't risk their lives unless they absolutely have to and feel their backs are pressed against the wall. when the quality of life in America gets closer to the poverty and oppression people have been experiencing in the middle east THEN, and only then, will they revolt.

  • no pic of million muslim praying haahha this is another propaganda video from journey man picture to undermine muslim

  • @luv5e1 Shalom Cousin

  • @tradernorton05 Not true, people when pushed begin protesting. The US people just need more push. Aren't you watching Wisconsin?

  • @tradernorton05 A nation brainwashed by media owned by corporations and banks :) A solution I suggest in is Project Venus.
