We tortured the American Colonials, we used Hessian Infantry mercs to do a significant part of the butchering - they came in handy when we needed to crush the rebellion in Ireland shortly after. We set up Torture camps in Kenya & before we left we burnt all our files to cover up the holocaust we committed there. We viciously crushed democratic movements in India, Malaya, Pakistan. It was Prussia who outlawed torture, not the Britain Empire. Empires kill.
