  • Anyone complaining about his speed and form are forgetting something. When doing arm drags or snap pull downs you need explosive strength, not slow, pause , deep full extension crap. If he wants to be a slow over muscled bodybuilding type of fighter than his form is lousy; but if he wants to be fast, powerful and athletic than what he does is fine, and with having the UFC belt around his waist I guess he's doing just fine.

  • Seriously guys. So many of these dudes are criticizing these professional athletes who follow what they're professional trainers tell them. Do you guys really think you posses superior knowledge to them? Do you think they don't know about the arguments between slow and controlled and fast and explosive? He always comes into fights with unlimited cardio, so that must mean he's doing something right? Don't you think?

  • great work!!! the haters below dont understand the variation... More muscle power and endurance with this chin up. This will also get the heart rate up. Slow and controled for strength and dont think for a second he doesnt do those too.

  • Crap pull ups, not meant to wave your body around when you do it, you are meant to be perfectly still and only use your arms when you pull up, not wriggle your body to give you some momentum. I have noticed this with the press ups as well, it looks like he is doing the worm rather than actual press ups. Not very impressed I gotta say

  • rofl totally unimpressed

  • Bodybuilding = fail.

    Strength and conditioning = win.

  • Great set!

  • Lightweights bring it!
