When you go back to eating self-prepared food, will the weight go back on? Do you have to take Nutrisystem FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE? What about when you go out to dinner occasionally?

You get a dessert, and alot of times I have that at night. At bedtime I'll get my Sleeptytime Extra tea and my favorite dessert which is a bag of Nutri Chocolates. They are DELICIOUS!

It's about $300 a month (which figures out to be around $10 a day...which is NOT alot of money for food for the month). You get a discount for automatic delivery, so if you think you will be on it at least two months it is well worth it to go on automatic delivery and get the discount. You also have to buy some grocery items like vegetables and dairy (or protein) and fruit. I really love Nutrisystem. I feel better than ever and I love the food! I couldn't be happier with it!!!
