Part 2 of 2. Finished out our trip. Once again, pissed off about the weather ruining it, but at least we brought back a little gold. Had a good time regardless. Damn if that wasn't some wind at the end though. I've never had a hard time sleeping because of my tent hitting me in the face before!

  • I like the gold "poke-a".......and the tent's were awesome : )

  • Those tiny tents are awful!

Can you use a suction nozzle & make your unit a dredge/highbanker combo?

That would be just the ticket for days when the water is filling the holes.

I like my little tents for backpacking, but the bigger the better for a car camping base camp!

  • I do have a suction nozzle that i've used in situations like that before, but we were too close to the water to keep the runoff from the "dredging" out of the flowing water, and they really don't like that in the county i was in.

  • Nice videos. Very entertaining. I an going prospecting in Colorado this summer. Now I know what I have to look forward to. I was hoping for .5 gram a day. I'll bring the dirt bikes in case it sucks. Nice being in nature. Bad weather seems to follow you guys. Thanks for posting
