I don't know about the trimming part. Shorty2sweet trims her own as well as Traycee from KISS and their hair is banging!

Thanks for the tips :D and i have to say that your hair looks very healthy :D ! i love the way it bounces all over :P hihi ! I hate trims , i haven't done one in a while.. i think it's time to get consistent with this.. lol

@luvpeacejoy7 NO, i relax once a year, but because i just had a baby i relaxed twice this year. i did a trim when i relaxed the first time, and i just did a trim again today which has been 3 months ago since my last relaxer. i will relax again in april, then trim again. i wear protective styles like buns all the time, i only like ponytails. but when i wash on weekends i wear my hair out so it can breath and destress. my hair will be in the mid of my back in 5 months. hope this helped

Great tips! But the only part ! disagree with is the trimming part. ! am actually against going to a professional to get trims because I've learned from experience that many are scissor-happy. I always say "No one should know your hair better than you" and everyone should learn how to to fully care for their own hair including trims.

Oh Snaaaaaap!!! its Gina From Martin ;) just kidding. youre so cute and the vid was super informative

Great tips here, but I have a couple that I would add based on my experience.
1. Wear protective or low manipulation styles. Constant manipulation can cause spilt ends and damage.
2. Exercise AND eat a healthy diet.
3. Develop a healthy hair routine and use products based on YOUR hair texture and life style. What works for some people may not work for you.
4. Use products that contain natural oils. Natural oils have worked for centuries. Indians from India demonstrate how well this works.

youre gorgeous :)
You offer a lot of great tips, but you repeat too much information. Especially since most of the tips is common knowledge. Nonetheless, keep up the good work.

@SuperBlessed29 What may be common sense for you, may not be common sense for someone else. I can assume that everyone knows the things that I'm talking about. My videos are for everyone, busy moms, single dads, teenagers, etc. You'll be surprised at how much people don't know...

u should watch some natural hair videos...all their hair grew like grass regardless of genetics my dear... less manipulation and nutrition and healthy/conscious thinking and hair education grew their hair...

@nitelillie All those things you just named will help you reach your full hair growth potential given to you through genticts. I've encountered many people who have tried natrual techiqhes that they found on you tube. A lot of them have a lot of hair growth while doing it. But they also have split ends half way up their hair shaft, dry hair, not to mention a style they don't want or like, all in the name of hair growth? The tips I name in my both my growth videos are practical.

@nitelillie Not tips like, don't put heat on your hair for a year, stop using shampoo and cowash, or make your own conditioners in your kitchen. Ive managed to increase my hair growth while straightening my hair every 5-7 days. I used quailty conditioners and got a steady healthy hair care routine, and stuck to it. So now my hair is reaching its full potential. Thanks for the tip anyway my dear:-)

I Love Your Videos Girly, But I Wanted To Ask You A ?. Is It Worth Me Investing In Buying Biotin Vitamins?, They Ssem pretty Catchy. :)
Sharnayroses 7 months ago
@Sharnayroses Which can become a little expensive. If you try them, let me know how things go. Use your healthy hair care journal to track how your hair feels now and the length now vs after a month of using the biotin. Keep me posted:-)
