As a result of working with children who were interested in Reiki, Kytka Hilmar-Jezek developed Reiki For Children: Using Healing Touch and Raw Foods to Tap into the Power of the Universe. In this book, she uses her combined experience as a Reiki Master, Teacher, Doctor of Naturopathy and a raw foodist mother of three to carefully present the power of Reiki to young adults.
