There's a good friend of my mother's that's very into the science of mind philosophy. It's not something I believe in myself but it is a fascinating philosophy. Good vid!

Thanks, Brandon! Some of the philosohy though is tough to find fault with. For example, concepts, such as it's better to let go of negative emotions, etc. I don't think that's too controversial there. Even mainstream doctors and psychologists would all say the same thing.
