  • shit i'm too weak too weary too wore too wacky to do all that dam shit. I to exercise the basic principle first.

  • This videos are super old man and most of them I don't even do these exercises any more. But for shoulder work outs dude. Try to workout the whole deltoid muscle in a workout. (Front/middle/rear)

  • The exercice at 0:50 with your palms facing to the top. Isnt that for the lower side of your breasts? I thought that wasnt actually for the shoulders altough you maby excercis the shoulders a little bit to.
