@AzzurraTurchese They aren't telling you that you can't use products like make up, shampoo, or lotions. What they are saying is that "certain" types of products have these toxins put into their products which can cause cancer, and early aging. So go for products that do not contain the listed above, so products that are mineral based or organic.

I think hormone problems come from food more than cosmetics.

Eat less dairy and meat and eat more leafy greens and fish and you will be doing yourself a huge favor.

Cosmetics are the hugest waste of money. If you have a good diet your body will condition itself, you will smell good and won't need any of that stuff.
