The Baby Arrives

Ok, so.... Jake tried to help the calf along and then he decided to give Tyra a chance to lay down and birth on her own... so he leaves and goes up on the pasture (without a walkie talkie). I go in the barn a bit later and see Tyra with a calf hanging half out of her - Tyra is crying and the calf looks almost dead! So, I jumped in and pulled the calf out! Yay me! The first time I helped birth a calf all by myself! But darnit... it was a boy :o(
