This video was taken in June 2010. Apapa Oworonsoki is a Federal Road in Lagos Nigeria. This is typical of all Federal Roads in Nigeria. Neglect and dis-repair. There has been huge sums of money allocated to this road in the past years by the federal government of Nigeria yet no work done on it.
This video shows what the commuters in Lagos state go through after a rain fall. You can not see the pot holes because of the rain but you can tell from the ways the vehicles meander in the "express river". God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
