@Louizzle2K The XPS model is an HPA2 that shipped with Dell XPS computers. Identical product.

Is the Turtle Beach XPS HPA2 (where it says XPS on the headband) the same as the Turtle Beach HPA2 Headset where it says "Turtle Beach" on the headband? I got my HPA2 from a friend and it's different from my other friend's HPA2 in that my headband says "XPS Audio By Turtle Beach" while his says "Turtle Beach" on the headband. Hope mines isn't fake.

@freashboy15 Check that the jacks are plugged in all the way on your sound card. If that's not the problem, contact customer support.

@milkarus It's not designed for PS3. It's a PC headset. You'll need to search the internet for how others have done it.
