Every Christmas eve my dad cooks sauerkraut, ribs, and red potatoes. Cooked in the same pan but he bakes it in an oven. I bet it would taste 10x better smoked on the grill! Have you guys ever done sauerkraut and ribs on the grill??

@jas68maro ...back in the day as a kid, spare or beef ribs with kraut was the typical way it was served. Not like todays "low and slow" without the kraut. Ask your dad. Ribs with kraut is excellent on the grill as the kraut picks up a lot of that smokey wood flavor. Thanks for reminding us and for sure we'll do it for YouTube!! -BBQ Pit Boys
