That horn sounds a lot like MILW 261's original horn.

I rode that type car on the IT from St. Louis to Granite City a lot. No air horn, then, but a streetcar gong. These cars ran beautifully.

That almost looks like the Old Pueblo Trolley here in Tucson! At least to me.
