Not at all, You have to admit that killing hulk is not most difficult thing in the world of eve, especially using some spare alts. I was just wondering who is paying prizes here, because 4bil for such action is quite a lot, so If someone pays that much, he probably expects to earn more than that.

You make isk off the ganks themselves.... T2 salvage goes for a good little bit, as do T2 miners / ice miners (hell T1 do too...), not to mention the other mods that commonly drop, cover the insurance loss on the ship, the module loss, and then provide a profit on top of it. The (8 bil btw) prize on top of that is merely icing on the cake.
