Molly O'Donnell, Jason Pollock, Miles Ludwig discuss how the execution of a transmedia production weaves together diverse storylines, across multiple outlets, as parts of an overarching narrative structure. Hear from a documentary film maker, a Sesame Street creative and director of marketing communications from Xbox 360 talk about telling stories and engaging people in a way that employs traditional and new media outlets.

Molly O'Donnell

As the Director of Marketing Communications, Molly O'Donnell drives the strategy, planning and integration for Kinect for Xbox 360 campaigns that help drive awareness, increase consumer engagement and ultimately build the Xbox brand.

With her personal passion to unleash the power of fun of games and entertainment for everyone in the household, Molly admits that Kinect for Xbox 360 is what she has been waiting for since she started working on the first Xbox. She now has what she calls a "marketing dream job" in helping bring Kinect to life for consumers (in particular Moms) around the world. Since launching Kinect in November 2010, Xbox has sold more than 10 million around the world, and recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the fastest consumer electronics device sold.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary's College in South Bend, Indiana. She is married and has a very active eight year old daughter who is thrilled to be an unofficial game tester, and loves to show her friends how "you are the controller" with Kinect.
