i don't know if this style is new or not but i recently saw an aunt do it for 4 hours non stop and it was very intense. they had the shawoman herself, 3 of her students, 2 guys holding the bench, 2 guys "to break her feet, arms and fingers", one person with the gong, and lastly, one person to hold/support her when she turns/jumps. it was different but very very interesting to see none the less.

I am a shaman and i believe in all the goodness in the world. I believe there's only 1 creator and that's tswv ntuj. if you say it's not from god, then your bible is wrong!!!! because if god was truely the creator of all living things..then we're one.
