Oh man, I'm sooo relieved to have this over with, seriously!
This stage it looong and hard. Slowdown doesn't work, you can't use continues and you're stuck with 3 lives. You have to memorize the enemies that are coming up, and know how to dodge the spellcards. If you don't: you'll die. Plain and simple.

The sub-boss, Keine Kamishirasawa, is pretty easy once you get used to her. I recommend playing around on Spell Practice.
Spell Card 192: Stand in the middle, around the place her spell ring will be. Let 2 waves pass you (they won't hit you if you're in the right place), dodge the last wave, and keep moving slightly to the side. After you reach it, want there, dodge to bullets, dodge left and down, and keep moving to the left. She should be dead before she fires the 3rd round.
Spell Card 193: Relatively easy to dodge, but you'll probably run out of room to dodge, and the moment you're trying to dodge the other way may kill you if you're not fast enough in finding an opening.
Spell Card 194: I think this is actually easier them 192, because the bullets are slower. Don't get blocked in the middle, move to one side. Wait till the bullets start firing, and move to the side, watching so that you won't run into a while bullet. You'll have to move up and/or down, but if you do, remember to also move to the side. I died, but one of my older videos should show me beating this spellcard.

One she's dead, you'll get to fight off some more enemies, and finally face Fujiwara no Mokou (my favorite Touhou character BTW ^^). She's immortal, and has phoenix-like powers. She resurrects every time you kill her. Good thing that she gives up after the pain gets to her, or this battle would literally end only with your own death. Still, get ready for a LONG battle.
Spell Card 195: Hard for her 1st spellcard. The knives home in after a whole, and can corner you if you're not careful. You'll have to move around quite a bit.
Spell Card 196: Do this and don't screw up: Move to the side or corner, and let her fire a phoenix. Dodge toward the center. Move to the side of the phoenix's trail and make her fire another one. Move to the side again, and let her fire the big barrage. Dodge it the other way, and move quickly to the trail on the other side. When she fires another phoenix, you should have a small gap to dodge it. Repeat from step 2. Mess this up and you're dead, even if you don't know it yet.
Spell Card 197: Quite easy. I find that dodging the tips is the easiest, but it may be just me. Overall, just keep an eye out for the bullets, and don't dodge in a place where the upper and lover bullets collide!
Spell Card 198: her easiest spell card? Oo Move the the bottom, and when red seals appear, move to a space between them. If you're on the bottom, the only thing that can kill you are the red seals when they move up. Well, the bullets she's firing in your direction can also kill you, but they're slow and have gaps often so...
Spell Card 199: Stand in the middle. Don't worry about the while bullets too much. She'll fire dark-red bullets at you. One trail of those will be directly at you. move a little bit to the right. She'll fire a laser, that will "materialise" (i.e. be able to kill you) in the middle. But NOT in the middle of the stage, but in the middle of her firing direction! That's why you need to move a little later, or else she'll lock on to you again. After the right laser, she'll fire a laser from the other direction. This card is easy, really. You just need to figure out the laser, and move only slightly.
Spell Card 200: I hate this thing. Her 2nd or 3rd hardest spellcard. The 1st trail will always fire from the middle straight down. Her other 5 trails however will fire in your direction. You'll have to use that and make her fire to the side and up. if she'll fire down, you'll just have too many bullets to dodge. I sucked here -_-
Spell Card 201: You'll have to get a feel of the hitbox of the bullets, and have a little bit of luck, because you can get hit by a wall of these things. Overall it's not THAT hard, but still requires skilled movement.
Spell Card 202: This is it people. THE hardest spellcard she has to offer. Don't ask me how to dodge it effectively. I sucked! You could try to get the 1st wave to fire up, and dodge it above her... This is as good of a place as any do use up your bombs.

I have troubles with defeating either Reimu and Marisa, I don't know how I'd even fare against Mokou, given that I've used up my the last of my lives during Reisen.
