  • @flamingarse1 It's the first version of Windows 7 ^^ It has limitations and restrictions :/ They chosed to remove a limitation from Windows 7 Starter that only allows Starter Editions to run 3 applications at a time (Anti-Virus(S), background process(s) etc. doesn't count it). On the previous versions of Windows Starters (Windows XP Starter, Vista Starter) it had a restriction that only allowed 3 apps to be runned at a time. Read more on the web

  • @mtothem1337 no starter is a easier to use windows 7 thats cheaper than others so people can start on it like a 5 year old can use it its just easier to use and has more easy features
