pi0101 is a stupid its a piece of history its not about scrap money..just guess where all that steel went to china now we are paying top dollar for steel thanks to all the crack heads and morons for scraping now the usa is hurting with the price of steel it nearly tripled for construction guys and the auto industry our own counry is selling out no wonder everyone is buying guns these days thats scary!!!!!!!!

the place is known as "the car bodies". it's where the city would dump wrecked cars before there were laws against dumping. there's lots more in the river right there. my uncle said he and his friends used to play there and check out blood and stuff from accidents. he said they never cleaned them, just dumped them. gross huh?

Looks like whoever owned the land is collecting scrap steel. When I used to scrap, we'd go to a contract site where someone had collected old cars and we'd run them over with a bulldozer and leave them until we can pick them up, it keeps souvenir hunters and other salvagers from stealing off them.
