How does them being white have anything to do with their job duty: being brokers of information between the public and clients!

Their job is not to be hip, trendy, or to entertain!

Correct, and "the public" you speak of no longer listens to old white men in suits, particularly on YouTube. Their day is done. This video is nothing more than a list of obsolete fossils.

If you play this before an audience in five years they will be absolutely mystified - charts, really?

So when are all the non-white PR professionals going to sign up?

They don't. People who go into communications and PR remain mostly white. Shall we FORCE more non-whites to get into it?

You still don't get it.

We don't need anymore PR professionals. The ones we have are horrible and obsolete. See also: this video.

The internet has created an environment in which "the people" can bypass "the man."

The man is dead. And the people don't need charts or Word Documents to tell them so.

Nice try, this video is dominated by old white men in suits - not exactly what the users of YouTube look like. How pathetic.

The PR industry still doesn't get it. Enjoy your retirement.
