HMS Surprise in moderate winds

HMS Surprise on Cedar Creek Lake KY on 13 July 2009.

The model is from SC&H and it is 110 inches long over all, 80 inches tall over all, and 35 inches wide over the main course yard. She displaces 110 pounds with the removable keel installed and ready for sailing.

It is radio controlled with 5 channels. One servo for each of the following functions.
Rudder
Cross over jib and stay sail
Driver sail
Main mast course and top gallant yards
Foremast course and top gallant yards

Canvas has been hauled in during these videos due to gusting winds at times over 12 kts. Even with struck sails this ship moves gracefully and fast through the seas.

She flying a colonial flag as we have captured her away from mother England. That's my story and I am sticking to it.

@charliesacoolkid If you will read the comments you will see why it is flying the stars and stripes but asside from that, it is my ship, and I am an American former Paratrooper so I get to fly what ever ensign I want.
