In Broomfield, NW of Denver, we knew the storm was coming. On Monday the 24th, the high was a record 80 degrees. The kids were in short sleeves. On the 25th, it was pleasant and in the 60's. Having had a long Indian Summer with little wind and no rain, the leaves were still on most of the trees and some were still green. I set up across the street to illustrate what 24 hours along the front range of the Rockies can bring. The top center of my previously well-formed fruitless pear lies on the ground to the left.
Great video.

Wish I were there as I love the snow. I moved back about 10 months ago to Thousand Oaks Ca. from Eldorado Springs, so I'm very familiar with Broomfield.
