Sure but my advice, from me to you, is to stop bothering about these things because no matter how much you think they should put more effort into it, it will never ever be made for the Swedish audience. It is made for the American audience and they couldn't care less if he speaks modern or ancient Swedish., and just be happy at least he speaks Swedish. He could have been speaking like the Swedish Chef and the americans wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

  • @hencytjoe Then that is your opinion and mine is different so let's just agree to disagree.

  • Jag förstår vad de säger och ändå läser jag texten... :P

  • @tulapi123

No, the problem is that you're overthinking stuff. You're supposed to imagine that he speaks like we did back then, it's almost like saying "WHY ARE THEY SPEAKING ENGLISH IN 13TH WARRIOR?!". If my logics are flawed, I ought to say that your trail of thoughts are misguided.

  • @hencytjoe Yes Im quite sure he developed both a bit of this and that during the generations he existed, but why does he then recollect a memory froma time where we / he spoke a language with closer to Icelandish as if he spoke swedish then as we / he do know? Your logic is flawed.

  • @tulapi123

Because that would be more accurate for a history lesson, that's not what this show is about. He is supposed to be a Swedish vampire, and the way to paint that picture is to speak swedish as he knows it. Besides, he probably spoke the "old kind" before but he alongside everyone else developed his language and kept up to date.

  • @klocka88 *var Danmark XD
