Roller Coaster Accident/Crash - Worker Ran Over

A worker steps onto the track of a wacky worm roller coaster as it is coming by and is ran over!. It takes the other workers a second to realize and the then push the car back. The worker did not die. He is currently okay. Unfortunately, he suffered serious injuries and his leg was severed off. It happened on Wednesday, July 23rd, 2010 at the Sonoma-Marin Fair in Petaluma, California. It actually happened just 90 minutes after the fair opened. The man apparently was drinking a soda and was distracted. The ride was reported safe and it was an error of the worker. Supposedly he wasn't even working on the ride. Just make sure you follow all rules on roller coasters and amusement parks and this shouldn't happen to you. Enjoy!
