  • Hopefully, Mr. @tubaTripper07, HORSEPOWER taught you something. They are known for making others better. Goodnight.

  • @tubaTripper07 Our schools teach the arts from a European prospective. Composers and musicians such as Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Handel, and Mozart and time periods such as Baroque, Classical, and Romantic are taught as what is "right" or "the standard." If this be "right", then Jazz, Gospel and Hip-Hop are ALL wrong. It is a "universal language" because be it Beethoven or Beyonce, a quarter note is a quarter note. A true musician is able to appreciate the gift and the interpretation.

  • @tubaTripper07 You are the likes of a "copy cat." You hear someone say something and you repeat it... After you mentioned that this clip is not musical, you backed up your UNEDUCATED comment by saying its just "louder and louder." Music has something called Dynamics. This is what gives instruction to the musician on how to approach each note in the given selection. You uneducated people say louder and louder. As musicians throughout the World, WE say "forte" and "fortissimo."

  • @tubaTripper07 If all you could observe was "louder and louder," then you have NO credentials as a musician. The articulations, chords, tounging, contrasts, intonation, range, sforzandos, harmony, the list goes on. As good as this clip is, it is horrible and elementary to the progression of this section known as HORSEPOWER. You can settle this by either picking up your horn and attempting to try to do what HORSEPOWER DOES or ATTEMPTING to COMPOSE for Sousaphones on this level of composition.

  • @Gentleman1911 i heard well more than three parts

  • let me get the music to this man this is insane

  • @mikedaguy They are MARCHING tubas playing in an enclosed gymnasium. Perhaps they could have scaled it back to 5-6 players...there's a lot of power on that floor.

  • Killed it!! Dammit...this is the best one I've heard so far!!

  • does anyone know the name of this fanfare

  • @tubaTripper07 regardless of how they've performed the past 5 years, this performance was very unmusical. Loud and louder.
