This movie was for a project I did at school focusing on different arts of movement. I included some of erwan le corre's MovNat video and used his explanations. I know I put in a lot of training shots, but thats because it was supposed to show that it wasnt all about doing flips and jumping around. Enjoy ~
Don't take this the wrong way, but the best part of this video was the failures. It's important for anyone interested to know that failure is always an option. Great video.

Badass, I never heard of the origins of this stuff before.
My feet are so sensitive, I could never do bare feet in the woods!! Looks thrilling, though.
Good god the double kong was great! Dude was a gazelle!

Dude, this really is a very good video. Not only is it the only comparison video I've seen so far, it's clearly realized and executed and you've got the actual skills to demonstrate. I second the omfg over the double kong, it's huge, fluid, and fearless. Hoping Erwan increases the number of classes he holds so I can absorb directly from a master. Until then climbing trees and running barefoot will do. Peace
