An intense 2 minute ab workout utilizing 4 different exercises, each a little easier than the last: L seat, leg raise, plank, and standard crunches. It is a good way to completely fatigue the abs fast and end with a great burn while doing crunches.
My camera cut out during my first take of the routine, so I had to go through it again. My core was definitely burning after doing two rounds of this routine in less than 10 minutes!
