My favourite Aria ever. I had been looking for this particular version for years!! and I finally found it :D Hope you guys enjoy it like me. I made the video and it's pretty simple; just the italian and english lyrics.

I found both the lyrics and the song on the internet. I don't own any of the material.

@JackRance1910 Many people don't hear what you and I hear when we listen to a voice. Some are even tone deaf. They also can't hear interpretation. The greatest soprano in the world singing this would sound the same to them as this does. It's the only answer I can offer...except to say that some people will like something because others do and they want to like something that's (unfortunately) popular.

@arpeggio1358 Yes this one is probably the most hilarious of all. What I fail to understand is how people think this is good - it is true that I am from the opera tradition but I can recognise bad singing in any genre (pop, Jazz, vaudeville/music hall) and this is truly ghastly. No soul, no meaning, no support - just delivered with no smile or passion - simpering, weak and empty production. Still I would let her interfere with my body - so long as she promised not to sing,

Oh my God no! She can't sing - if this were pop it would be bad but she is a parody of the operatic style. This is hilariously awful, no support no integrity: artificial, manufactured. As I suggest, it's not that I am an opera purist but rather it's bad singing by any standard. Presumbably she does mean for us to take this as a joke.

@TheROMPEMADRES bueno es que no hay punto de comparación Maria Callas LA DIVINA es 1000000000000 millones de veces mejor que Filippa ella si era una verdadera SOPRANO , Filippa canta bien pop y ahi que se quede ya que deje de estar destrozando obras de arte¡¡ zapatero a su zapato .. Esta version de tan bella aria en voz de Giordano es simplemente asquerosa y ofensiva¡
