  • Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFO

    I agree pletely. I have two friends who can eat Burger King EVERY DAY and not gain a pound. It irritates me to death. Their cholesterol may not be all that great, but obviously their bodies are able to break down what they eat. I think? it's all in the genetics and/or poisonous additives (MSG/modified foods/aspertame) that cause cell damage and limit proper absorbtion.

    What can I do to jar my body into losing weight again?

    I walk/jog 3-5 miles 3-4 times er week. Tae bo 2-3 weekly. Veggies, fruit, poultry, peanutbutter(organic) Fiber1 cereal... healthy eating. Sweets here and there....

    Im at a loss...
