Three days after announcing the cold shutdown of the crippled nuclear power plants, the prime minister Noda was going to give a public speech at the Shimbashi station in Tokyo. Before he showed up, protesters there with a placard saying like "No one trust you! Cold shutdown? The nuclear accident contained ? Who would believe that!?" were restrained by police officers. The prime minister Noda didn't show up presumably following the news of Kim Jong-il's death.

  • @OriginalCliche1 バカてめ。俺日本人。

  • @HomleandSecurity You claim to be from Japan when you are not that is a lie now fuck off your are a waste of space i feel sorry for what ever has happened to you in life that you are like this i hope you get the help you need <3

  • @pejorativeglut out of sight, out of mind ....thanks for translation and explanation.

the struggle of people against power is one of memory against forgetting.

  • wow. i know japan has been fascinated with america much like we have been fascinated with japan, but. come on now, that's not suppression of rights! come on! where's the pepper spray and tear gas canisters? not even one combat shotgun with rubber rounds!?!

come on now japan, you can suppress better than that!

  • @OriginalCliche1 "make up facts"? How does one make up facts? Facts re facts. I state the facts while you make up lies.

  • @HomleandSecurity I have no reason to justify myself to you you are a liar and make up facts so are just a waste of space and i defend freedom of speech no matter who it is coming from

  • @OriginalCliche1 You made no argument against the fact that these are hard left union thugs.

  • As no mainstream media in Japan has had the moral or political will to report on this story, we shall have to pass it around amongst ourselves. Please share with anyone who is saddened by the sight of a civil population being gently ushered into totalitarianism. Brothers and sisters, these motherf****rs presume polite equals docile and silence equals servile, so please make dissent your resolution for 2012.

  • Not really surprising. The Right Wing loonies in this country are allowed to do as they please, which includes committing violent acts against anyone they feel opposes them. Any other individual or organization that attempts to protest against the government's asinine policies or the police department's thuggery is quickly dealt with in the manner clearly shown here. I have seen it happen so many times in Tokyo. This country is just like a Banana Republic where the bananas are in the government.

  • @HomleandSecurity LMFAO pretending to be from Japan and pretending to know what you are talking about? fail troll is so fail it hurts my friend <3
