it's when they faked the gas disaster and killed everyone in the village with toxic gas after trapping them in buildings. Rena was one of the few who escaped the buildings, so they pursued her and killed her, that's why she was listed as 'missing'. She didn't do anything, they were ordered to kill everyone. :(
