Johnny, it's time for you to go back up on the roof and refill all the water lights.

Well... umm... Why would you need a light during the day time? Considering it only lights up with light......

This works! But dont forget to add the secret ingredient.. which is a small amount of chlorine based bleach. The water and the bleach will become "mildly" fluorescent when heated! The trick is NOT that the water in itself will just diffuse or reflect the light... and the bleach is not just to deter algies and stuff (... some dumbass said that somewhere :)

you should donate those to the people in africa..they will drink the water and scoop sand with the bottle.

That would probably work nicely but oil is expensive and i've never had a bottle break from freezing it before even when it was completely full of water to start. It might on the other hand expand enough to split the metal surrounding it.
