Raagoil is that a fact or theory? Who would have genetically engineered them? They showed up at things like the civil war, and revolutions. That's before technology! Btw, if there DNA was tampered with September and august would not have feelings if it wasn't in there DNA. Any ways we will find out this Friday. :)

The observers are genetically engineered humans. Their senses are dulled in order to be impartial, truly objective and non-intervening across all dimensions and all timelines.

The Observer is such a great character. So strange and so awesome. I want to believe that he is a good guy... but I don't think he's on anyone's side.
