  • To me Forever is a guilty pleasure; the Burton films and Dark Knight are better but I enjoy Batman Forever as it is a fun movie to watch. Although the criticisms you mentioned are true I still find it okay; but then again thats a problem its only okay unlike Batman and Batman Returns which were both fantastic!

  • @fife007

I agree. Even though I question how he would make Mr.Freeze believable I know for a fact that Nolan could portray Freeze as the serious and tragic figure that we all know and feel sorry for!

  • hey at least Nolan redeemed Two Face. its too bad he couldn't redeem Mr. Freeze.

  • I think the problem with Batman Forever and the Schumacher films is they were never really deisgned for adults. They are goofy, cheesy, brightly colored and simple. Adults who wanted depth and darkness were going to be pissed off and WB didn't care. They wanted family friendly Batman movies for merchandising after Batman Returns. It was a dumb decision obviously..

  • I keep forgetting how badass your reviews are. You have every right to throw your axe through my laptop screen for my obliviousness.

  • LMFAO!!! That was the theme to the Power Rangers, on Bruce's Dick Tracy watch!

  • At least Dick Grayson is wearing his earring in the correct ear. (whew, dodged a bullet there)
