This piece is improvisation based on a few melodies I wrote. To get a "sitar/Indian" sound, I tuned my guitar to DADGAD (to make use of open drone strings) and used a D phrygian scale as my melodic basis.
I performed this piece at the University of Toledo's Performing Arts Center for a fundraiser by Asha Toledo, an organization raising money for the education of disabled children in India.
*If anyone has an idea for a name for this piece, please let me know!*
