My take on the illegal immigrants here in the USA

PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- The economy of the country's largest city and the entire nation would collapse if illegal immigrants were deported en masse, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg told a Senate committee hearing Wednesday.

New York City is home to more than 3 million immigrants, and a half-million of them came to this country illegally, Bloomberg testified.

"Although they broke the law by illegally crossing our borders ... our city's economy would be a shell of itself had they not, and it would collapse if they were deported," he said. "The same holds true for the nation."

This is what DCPatriot & other advocates for illegals, criminals have brought us. We watch silently while our streets are turned into war zones. Children being raped & murdered. They're bankrupting hospitals.Bring disease & pests that we'd once wiped out in the US. Undercut wages for low skilled American workers. If your neighbor has parties every Saturday and his guest throw trash in your yard you have to punish your neighbor via HOA. If we fine every employer $100,000.00 per violation the problem is solved. They come for a job. No job, no illegal.

True but not true. The employers & government are to blame. But the illegals are breaking our laws by coming here & they are supporting low wage incomes for legal Americans. They create more gang & poor neighborhoods. Alot of them don't want to speak English in public or adopt American Culture. They specifically want to be Mexican In America.

Ever been to China Town in Manhattan? Chicago? Many people from other countries bring their customs and language with them. Say what you want about Mexicans crime is not what they are known for. Family, and hard work comes to mind first. The same can be said of Asians & Jamaicans but people focus on the negative.

The number one export of Mexico is poverty. They are starting to get their act together though. There is a legitimate path to citizenship, and it doesn't entail breaking US law. Simple four point solution: 1) Change the 14th - being born on US soil no longer makes you an automatic US citizen 2) If you've ever been illegally in the US you and your children are disqualified from ever becoming a US citizen 3) work visa program 4) severely penalize all companies that hire illegal aliens

@mitchmanTX Hi, I have problems with my neighbors who have parties with the music that can be heard from 5 blocks away. The guy works for a company, but he and his family are illegals. Is not that I hate illegals, but I am sick and tired of the situation, not only because of the parties, but for many other things, they do that affect my home. What would you think I should do?
