if house is too too cheap price, its good for saving money, but it means someone died or commit suicide in it. ask the agent for details.

Looks wonderful, once it's all been cleaned up and all the rubbish thrown it will make a great home. The traditional living area look much older than 40 years what a wonderful space.
I wonder what induced you to settle in Japan though and in such an apparently out of the way place?
