Lunge is an excellent exercise; for all of the lower body as well as the core. Here are 3 lunge variations with bodyweight: Stationary (for beginners), traditional and walking lunges. Keep the knees and feet aligned and maintain an upright posture. Front foot firmly on the floor. Front knee above front foot. Back heel is lifted. Control the movement.
