How to disassemble and lubricate a gpu blower fan.
This particular fan is from an ATI HD5850 reference card, manufactured by Sapphire.
WARNING: OPENING YOUR CARD WILL VOID WARRANTY!
This method can be used on every fan that cant be lubricated by conventional means.
I'm really amazed by the lack of quality of the fan, this card was not cheap, and to put a cheap Foxconn fan is just stupid.
Poor quality due to being filmed with my phone camera (HTC Wildfire)

Hello, I have a radeon 5870 XFX model (center fan) and I'm trying to lub it, but it's different from other fans like the one in this video, do you happen to know if it's even possible to lub this?

@roflcoptero Try the method i used on the Nvidia fan in the video, there should be a hole or a rubber cap. If there is a rubber cap then just gently push it out.
